YOO~!! Just to recall some stuff back during the March hols~... Saturday 140309Went with Chee Wai, JJ, Spencer and Arisa to LIANG COURT, our favourite haunt! :) Met up at TPY first, then travelled to our destination by taxi. We were eating at McD, and I had difficulty eating THANKS to Ridh's frenchhorn. I was tried it out (with Ridh's permission, of course) and ended up cracking my lower lip. After that, we went took the escalator all the way up to the bookstore to hang out. I got a book for myself (The Unknown Story MAO) and a cute little notebook for CY. I remembered the last time she went with me and had talked about wanting it but she couldn't afford it (the price was $4.50... she wanted to buy other stationaries and stcikers then so she had to leave that notebook out... ._____.) Arisa was being ABSOLUTELY crazy. It's her first time there, so it's no surprise, but I still find her excited reaction rather funny!! LOL!! She bought one of those $21.90 wallets that I wanted but couldn't bring myself to buy (oO) and a few of those chibi, anime-ed, detachable paged notebooks. I thought it'd come in handy in containing math and science formulas for last minute exam cramps. The guys were looking at the comic, notebook and (to my surprise) literature sections. I just visited the stationary, chinese, cookbooks and literature sections. After a while, we paid for our stuff but couldn't bear to leave, so we subconsciously cooked up a game of 'hide-and-seek' in the store. The lady at the cashier eventually brought a stop to our playing with one killer-glare, and we just sat in a deserted corner at the Japanese magazine/newspaper corner. We were basically talking all kinds of weird funny stuff, and were laughing REALLY loud, especially Spencer and I. From racist jokes to old SS days. Ahhh... Then, we taxi-ed back to TPY to play at the arcade. We bumped into Ha Lin and Wei Ting there; THE COUPLE!! LOL!! I only played at 2 or 3 booths, then Arisa and JJ called it quits, so we got out. There wasn't any good movies available, so we hitched a 139 bus ride to SS. Here's what we did:
- Snacked on chips, nutty-choco sticks, cakes and sushi (from LIANG COURT) at the computer lab
- Arisa and I went to bathe at the vacated boy's toilet (the girl's toilet was full of the girls from the swimming team) whilst the guys just changed into their extra clothes
- Played basketball soon after with JJ, Chee Wai, Spencer, Arisa, Wei Ting, Hana and Ha Lin; 4 against 4 (Team 1: JJ, CW, Arisa & I. Team 2: Spencer, Hana, WT and HL)
- Hitched a ride on Chee Wai's bike hom since I was too tired to walk the few kilometers home :P
Sunday 150309 & Monday 160309Refer to kuon-ser001's LIBRARY TRIP 150309 ORAL 160309Tuesday 170309I spent that day with Mama and PY (big sis). :DDD We went to China Town to eat at the old, popular Yong Tau Foo store but a new store jsut replaced it recently. We still gave it a try and the food wasn't bad. A lot of people who came repelled from the new store and I could see their business's start wasn't really good. It's expected, I guess. Not to mention the shop's poor and troublesome location, which could add on to the shop's downfall. After the meal, we bought some chocolate cupcakes from them and Mama left them a food-tip to attract more customers, we went to check out the line of boutiques just to look at the clothes and furnitures there. The items on sale there are expensive, but that doesn't mean we can't look at it! Hah! Then, I left for BORDERS (Wheelock Place), PY for NUS and Mama for home. Before I got into the taxi, Mama handed me the 30% off Border's voucher and $50. Add up to my $70 savings, I have $120 in total with me. So I met up with CY just outside BORDERS and we got in. I went to check out the Young Adult section, followed by the Literature section (like always)and got a book (The Painter from Shang Hai). CY got her Vampy series books as usual (Cirque Du Freak). I was the cause of the birth of her addiction to the series. I only discovered the existence of Cirque Du Freak 2 to 3 years ago at my school library, and had introduced it to her. Now, she's CRAZY about it, and other vampy books too. PS She's a year older than me, currently in sec 4N After, we paid for our books and took the escalator up and walk some distance to ISETAN. I bought a pair of $49.90 shoes on some special discount, resulting in the cost price of $37 - 38 and a pair of violet stockings, $15-18. CY bought a turquoise nail-paint and this xiao pi bao (purse), resulting in $40-50? I'm not sure. Then we hitched a ride from CY's Papa's car. Cai Long was inside too, and I sat in the back with him whilst CY sat at the front. It was so funny! We were talking about this movie called "The Legend of Chun Li" or something like that and Edmund Chen, the actor from "Perfect Cut 2" as Alex Tan and "The Legend of Chun Li" as Chun Li's father. LOL!! So we recalled the old days, whereby the CC twins would stop by at my house just to play "Street Fighter" with my bro and I. :DDD My favourite fighter character was Chun Li, CY's was Sakura, and my bro and CL practically worshipped Ryu and Ken. LOL!! And it was followed by other stupid, random stuff in the conversation. Talking nonsense, as always. Wednesday 180309 to Friday 2003099 am - 9 pm for these 3 days. On the first day, we had a mini-exchange with Bartley Sec. and played some games. I sprained my ankle when playing "Captain's Ball" but it was worth the fun. The other 2 days is just plain rehearsing and music band exchanges. Saturday 210309Exchange at Anglican High with Bartley, Anglican, and a few other schools. Cai Long claimed he saw me there, but I didn't see him at all!! LOL!! I didn't even know he was in school. (oO) Probably being blur, as usual. But who could blame me? Sunday 220309I waited with CY for Hana and Arisa and we took the 131 bus to Novena to buy some stuff for *ahem**ahem*'s birthday. ;D Arisa and I went to the stationary shop near Novena MRT and bought the materials (HAPPY because the deco-ing of the card will be soooo nice!!) and some stationaries for personal use (with MY OWN $$$). CY and Hana went to HALLMARK and this accessory shop (forgot the name) to chose out a present and some hair tie. After which, we went to CY's house for erm, tea? Or you can say it's just visiting la, HAHA!! We were planning to watch "Tha Tale of Despereaux" next 2 weeks or so, since Hana and I wanted to concentrate on our studies first. (oO) Nyahaha!! I'm not the only nerd here, JJ!! Arisa and Hana went off first since Hana's mother was worried and Arisa decided to accompany her. So CY and I just stayed behind to talk cock (LOL) and draw on A4 paper some weird stuff. Just like 5 years ago, we decided to draw our dream bedroom, dream company, dream house, dream blablabla (out of boredom). LOL!! It kind of brought back the old memories. Not only did I draw such stuff with her, but with Jie Qi too (my younger cousin; male; currently sec2). Too bad, we've kind of grown apart because of the sibling rivalry between my Mama and his Mama (my Aunty)... Then I went home, studied and slept... THE END

My Interests
I take a lot of interest in the arts and sciences. You can say that I'm a geek, or something like that. I take a huge interest in learning the arts, literature, nature, photography, biology, physics, chemistry, etc.
I also love reading, especially books ranging in the classics, fantasy, thriller, crime-buster, in-popular-demand or highly-recommended category. I also browse through educational magazines once in a while.
I LOVE English Literature. I love Science too, but not as much. There's just so much to know in both categories, it's like a never-ending mystery. I don't really know how to describe how exactly it is wonderful. I just find it so, SO awesome.
I like to look at beautiful things, and that's where art comes in. I like looking at designs on anything, absolutely anything. Furniture, nature, sceneries, stamps, stickers, note books, prints, cakes, food, wood crafts, pottery, paintings, drawings, words, etc.
I enjoy good music, vocal and instrumental. My preference to the genres of music depends on my mood. It changes from time to time.
I love food. Chinese, western, Indian, Malay, you name it. I'm not really cut out to be a cook, but I love cooking all the same, especially baking.
I like active sports too. Jogging, taking walks and sprinting is not really my thing, unless I feel like it, which comes only once in a blue moon. I prefer playing friendly sports like basketball, soccer, badminton, volley and tennis. I love water sports too, like swimming and scuba-diving, although I seldom get the opportunity to do so.
I also love going out and hanging out with my family friends. Sometimes, I prefer going out alone. I usually hang out at the library or some book stores when I go out alone, maybe because I like quiet, peaceful places to do my stuff. When I'm with my friends, we'd be at the cinemas, or mini-food bars, restaurants, fast-food outlets, or neo-print booths. We can be just about anywhere and everywhere! Just being with them brings out my out-going side.
Whenever I go out with my family, its either for meals or bookstores or errands. I always look forward to such trips. Mainly because all of us are a funny bunch. We say and do stupid stuff so naturally, I always enjoy listening to the laughter and small comments that follows. It's like we're all playing out a sitcom family film.
Oh, oh! And I LOVE animals! Dogs, cats, elephants, horses, rabbits, hamsters, birds, bears, penguins, cubs, fawns, etc. I always find myself reading deeply into how a certain specie of animals lives in magazines such as "Discovery Box", "Current Science" and "National Geographic".
Another thing I like is fashion. It depends on my mood when it comes to shopping but I love looking at clothes and accessories. I don't really like earrings and necklaces. Whenever I see people wearing earrings and necklaces, I can't help but think it makes them look slightly unattractive.
About Me
People say I can be really blur and clueless. I don’t know. I don’t really know myself much. I play the sweet, mild flute in Military Band. I'm usually with my old friends; Cai Yue, Cai Long, Arisa, Hana, Chee Wai, Jun Jie, Wei Jie, Anna, Wei Ting, Ha Lin, Say Kiat and Lindy. I sometimes hang out with my BHSS buddies; Muhtadin, Buvana, Jocelyn, Xin Rong, Roselyn, Jing Xian, Nigel, Peggy, Maple, Tam, Wen Yuan and Stephanie. Those names in bold are the ones I’m closest with overall.
